Portfolio: https://souptikportfolio.framer.website/ I’m Souptik Kar and I believe communication is one of the most valuable aspects of success which goes hand in hand with persuasion. • Public speaking is a skill I honed day after day and Listening is the art I learned in the process. Creativity with strategic thinking is one of my hobbies which always gets amalgamated with business management to surplus the activity. • Managing a team of 5, generating leads and achieving targets in different territories being a Sales & Marketing Associate, the sales uplifted in the territories by 8%. • Being an Associate product manager, persuaded more than 30 children to continue education and gave them the exposure to Vedic Education, along with that continued communication with people for potential donations and that led to a 15% increase in the Annual Donation in Dwipa Foundation. • Within a Period of One year became Area Director in Toastmasters International leading 4 Clubs and mentored more than 20 people, inculcated the skills of Public Speaking and being an orator. Also achieved First Place in International Speech Competition. •Event management, People Management, Leadership and Organizational skills are certain areas which I learnt along with my bachelor’s degree by participating in different. To chase certain goals through these skills, I joined the Masters in Management program at Boston University, where my skills will be polished from day 1 and the hands on real life experiences will help me leap in my career.
