Profile Summary- Experience in all aspects of basic engineering/detailed engineering (EPC) in Refinery and Oil & Gas Industry which includes Process Simulation, Development of HMB, PFDs and P & IDs, Equipment sizing and specification, Control Scheme, Document development- Have successfully worked on Process evaluation, Scheme study and feasibility, Technical know-how transfer of various Naphtha and Sulfur Block technologies- Manage Start-up of Process Units and provide technical guidance during installation, inspection, loading and pre-commissioning of Units- Skilled in conducting Customer Reviews - PFD, P & ID, HAZOP, SIL, Model Review, Plot Plan- Project Management: Responsible for planning, executing. monitoring, controlling & closing of the project- Perform Process Optimization studies, unit performance evaluation and troubleshooting of units- Manage a team of process engineers for an EPC project. Train Junior Engineers- High mentoring ability with excellent communication and team management skills. An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
