With over four years of experience Sourav has made significant contributions to the green building industry and has a proven track record in achieving LEED certifications for diverse projects. Sourav's expertise lies in coordinating and managing the certification process for various green building projects. Notably he played a pivotal role in coordinating the first Bangladesh Government Office (BIFFL) to achieve the prestigious LEED certification setting a benchmark for sustainable practices in the region. He was also instrumental in the LEED certification of the head office of Guardian Life Insurance Limited a premier insurance company in Bangladesh achieving the prestigious USGBC (LEED) ID+C v4 2014 PLATINUM Certificate. Additionally Sourav has been involved in numerous other successful LEED-certified projects including Cute Dress Ind. Alpha Clothing Ltd and O+M projects like Aman Graphics Dekko & Agami Accessories. Sourav was actively engaged in the green building certification process for high-profile projects such as Bravo Apparels DBL Group Denim Processing Plant Swisstex Village Trust Knitwears Birds A & Z Infinia Chemicals Knit Asia Ltd. (BD+C Projects) as well as MASCO and Surma Garments (O+M Projects). His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of sustainability practices enable him to provide valuable guidance and support to project teams. Furthermore Sourav is pursuing a Post Graduation in Project Management expanding his skill set to effectively manage and execute sustainable projects. He is also an IGBC AP (Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional) and an Active Score AP further validating his expertise in the green building field.
