With over four years of dynamic leadership in the restaurant and cinema industry, I swiftly ascended from a Trainee Manager to Assistant Restaurant Manager at McDonald's, a promotion earned within six months. My crowning achievement was the successful launch of a new MDS delivery business model, bolstering restaurant sales by approximately 6%. I've consistently met and exceeded Key Performance Indicator targets for three consecutive quarters as Assistant Operations Manager at Cinepolis as well as for 2 quarters in McDonalds. I have basic knowledge at managing quarterly business plans and fostering operational excellence.
