As a finance professional with an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, I am also a seasoned leader with 13+ years in multinational environments, including 8 years leading teams and driving strategy, sales, and operations in the retail industry. Crowned Valedictorian of the Class of 2024 across all MBAs at Frankfurt School, I've consistently demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence and leadership. Beyond the numbers, I've always believed in the power of human connection. As a Class Representative and Senior Ambassador, I fostered a thriving community, empowering my peers to reach their full potential and as a Member-Advisor for FS Business Game, I supported the young guns in all ways I could to guide them to host a successful event. Being nominated for the prestigious FS Spirit Award was a humbling recognition of my dedication to making a difference. Serving as the Finance Business Partner (FP & A) for South Germany at Decathlon currently- where I deliver data-driven insights to optimise business performance, enable sound financial decisions, and support long-term growth initiatives.
