About Sourav Saha

With over 20 years of experience in the auto industry, I am a seasoned sales and distribution leader who is passionate about delivering customer satisfaction and business growth. Currently, I am the head of the aftermarket division at Greaves Cotton Limited, a leading engineering company in India.In this role, I am responsible for managing the P&L for the aftermarket business, which is around 600 Cr, and developing product-specific schemes and forecasts to achieve the division's goals. I also unveiled an IT-enabled solution to boost efficiency and performance. Previously, I worked with Bajaj Auto Ltd, where I managed a business of over 1200 Cr of genuine parts and oil annually in the north, central, and east regions. I also led the sales and planning, scheme design, and people development for the intracity business unit for the north and east zones, with a turnover of over 600 Cr per annum. My education and credentials include an executive post graduate in business management from IIM Calcutta, a PGCMBM in marketing and brand management from MICA, and a mechanical engineering diploma from State Council of Engg & Technology. I also completed an MDP in organizational leadership from IIM Ahmedabad in collaboration with Bajaj Auto. My specialties are retail sales, sales and business development, channel management, and team management. I have a proven track record of delivering results, building relationships, and driving innovation in the auto sector.
