Sourav is an experienced business consultant with over 8 years of extensive work experience in developing and implementing strategic frameworks and solutions for clients to drive commercial success. He has over 5 years of experience working with US Pharma and Biotech companies on a variety of topics, including incentive compensation, sales force effectiveness, omnichannel strategy, commercial planning, data strategy and promotion response. He has managed multi-million USD consulting projects where he shouldered responsibilities including project & people management, project deliveries, hands-on work on data models and analyses, implementing process optimization & transformation programs, business development and recruitment. He is well versed with and frequently uses Python, Databricks and MS Office tools like Excel, PPT, Visio, Project and Power Platform for analysis and visualization. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Sourav completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur and MBA from Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar, specializing in Operations Management & Finance.
