Presently pursuing Organization Development, Change and Leadership flagship course from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai, you would find my career encircled around Consulting roles, empowering business and facilitating organizations through sustained outcomes. Prior to pursuing MBA, I had a rich experience with culturally and geographically diverse set of clients in Techno-Functional Consulting in ERP domain at PwC India. Building Trust in society drives my enthusiasm in strategic negotiations for business opportunities with prospective clients. Received the Client Appreciation Individual Award from a cohort of 70+ people for going Above and Beyond. In my short stint of professional life, I had two impactful (foreign and national level) internships. Summer of 19' brought me to Ontario, Canada through MITACS Globalink wherein I catalysed Demand Forecasting and Production Optimisation for a local agro-based company. Summers of 18' got me to work with a Research Fellowship Programme from Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore wherein I tailored highly accurate Collision Detection system in the domain of Autonomous Driving. Both of these engagement yeilded International Conference papers authored by me. All in all a consulting professional, steering forth my career, I would love to work in areas of Change Management Consulting, OD consulting, HR Strategy, Strategic L&D, Organization Design and Leadership Development.
