Technical Team Leadership: Runs the estimating portion of sprint planning meetings – helps the development team determine the tasks that need to be done to complete the prioritized stories, and gathers estimates using an approach like “planning poker”, asking relevant questions and considering productivity and skill level of the team before finalizing estimates.Coaching Skills: Acts as a technical subject matter expert for the development team on areas such as system functionality, solving operational issues, performance initiatives. Designing Technical Systems: I am responsible for defining the system design based on the non-functional requirements and functional requirements. Post defining system design I supports the development team throughout the design and development cycle, helping them to design, code, test, debug and document within programs appropriately.Serving as a Technical Liaison: I engage myself in high-level discussions and correspondence with non-technical Business and Domain Experts focusing on formulation of candidate solutions.
