Currently, I am working as a Customer Support Engineer L2 at Allied Digital Service Limited, where I continue to enhance my technical skills by managing more complex challenges and providing high-level support. Despite excelling in these roles, my passion lies in software development. I am actively transitioning towards a career as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) by dedicating my free time to learning data structures, algorithms, and system design, as well as participating in coding competitions.
