With a background leading competency areas and offering, he has been responsible for revenue targets and profitability in his earlier roles. With experience in systems consultancy and technical projects, coupled with a specific focus on information management, corporate performance management and analytics solutions covering the Retail, Media and Entertainment, Telecom, Manufacturing, Logistics & IT/ITeS industries as also across leading financial services institutions, central banks and government agencies on consulting engagements, he has led and executed projects both in India and overseas. As part of his assignments, Souvik has complete exposure to the financial management, budgeting, pricing, project management and people management aspects of an organisation. With strengths in business analysis, technical design, project & program management, practice and client relationship management, he brings a wide range of technical & management skills to table. Souvik, is well traveled working across the globe, covering the US, Middle East, Bangladesh, South East Asia & Australia.
