About Sovandara Chhin

My experiences include working in a variety of positions within the education sector over the past 15+years: as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator, lead teacher, and teacher trainer. I am seeking a career with a progressive organization where I can utilize my skills, knowledge and experience in teaching, supporting and facilitating in a challenging role that allows for advancement and growth within the organization and provide opportunities for self-development. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledgeable of varied pedagogy and trends in instruction and curriculum design at the early childhood level • Ability to teach a full range of elementary school subjects and to differentiate instruction • Integrate ta variety of early childhood methodologies and practices to differentiate and address the multisensory and multimodal learning needs of children; developed daily scaffolds and extensions to support range of learning needs • Supported teachers and students in leading discussions and curriculum around topics of diversity, equity and inclusion • Ability to teach a full range of elementary school subjects
