India and Asia)- Managed the delivery of Azure, IoT and Data Practice, incl. a 300 strong team of FTEs - Led a large team focused on delivering complex implementation projects WW and managing a team of across Asia - Managing a team of Cloud Architects and Consultants with a focus on Asia and India across Transformation and Migration workloads - Managed and run a start-up in the IoT, Smart Facilities space and successfully exited it after growing it for 3 years I have led large teams of people, managing complex projects, large scale and multi-country delivery. I have worked with a variety of customers globally, implementing application, digital and AI/ML transformation solutions with a proven track record in effecting cultural change by shifting focus from delivery to leadership and vice-versa.
