About Sozos Karageorgiou

A versatile and people-first professional with 18+ years of experience across the technology and digital innovation landscape. From developer and business analyst to product designer, project manager, and technical leader, I’ve worn many hats — always focused on solving real problems with practical, human-centred solutions. My work spans sectors like ICT, fintech, telecoms, education, and R&D, where I’ve led technical delivery and cross-functional teams, managed complex initiatives, and introduced Agile practices that improved collaboration and productivity. I’ve contributed to the design and launch of platforms and mobile apps used by thousands, and I’ve had the privilege to work on inclusive educational tools that support learners with disabilities. Originally from South Africa and now based in Cyprus with my wife and two children, I’m driven by curiosity, connection, and the belief that technology should be both meaningful and approachable. I strive to lead by example — encouraging kindness, initiative, responsibility, accountability and taking ownership.
