Significant Contributions (Pran – RFL Group) Worked for a numeric distribution project in Dhaka Metro and adding up 1500+ retailers in 2 months’ time. Created effective liaison between Sales team, Brand team and Trade Marketing team to develop the visibility quotient in Dhaka Metro Area. Provided input & Collaborated with brand team for creating improved POS materials. Led a project to increase volume and visibility of “Frooto” mango drink & “Pran Litchi Drink” brand in Kolkata. Achieved an incremental sales of 0.71 crores in 1 month. Significant Contributions (GSK Consumer Healthcare Limited) ⊗ Worked for a numeric distribution project called More Stores and adding record 8500+ stores in a span of 9 months and generating 1 Crore+ additional business per month for ASM area through new customer development. Project was to be completed by March 2015, which my team has been able to complete successfully in November 2014 itself. Significant Contributions (Cadbury India Limited) ⊗ Became one of the top performing SO Zone for completing the launch activities for Oreo as well as Tang. The three-fold activity was related to Placement, deployment of visibility materials and achieve the effective brand coverage. ⊗ Organizing & handling regular DS (Distributors’ Salesmen) workshops & trainings, Redistributors meet, DS briefing on new Products, Developing Product Dockets. ⊗ Conceptualizing the “Role Model Initiative” for new joiners to ensure guidance in the right direction with flawless execution. Significant Contributions (Nestle India Limited) ⊗ Received the prestigious National Level award in “Infant Formula Champions League 2009 & 2010“at Nestle.
