About Spark Lin

During my tenure at AUO, starting in 2004, I was engaged in the development of how LED been used in products. Develop and witness the full application of LEDs in LCD products. This process requires continuous innovation with professionalism, passion and determination to strive for excellence. Since 2011, during my tenure at TPV Technology, I served as a senior manager in the LCM Panel and Mechanical Technology Centers of Xiamen Innovation Center, responsible for the development and implementation of new product technology. In order to lead the market and provide products to brand customers, we carry out the development of new designs, early planning of future technologies. Since 2016, I transferred as the deputy director of the Philips TV R&D department of brand team. My R&R is leading TV technical and product teams working with global marketing teams to development the annual new products to market. More than one decade of work experience is focused on innovation and brand products. My career experience in leadership management and development gave me a complete and comprehensive ability to master product development, including OEM/ODM modules, system-integration, and brand-side products. It allows me to take a comprehensive view of market demand, third party cooperation, feasibility assessment, front-end materials, module development, etc. As Steve Jobs said:"The most fundamental soul of human creation is design, which is ultimately realized through layers of the packaging of products or services." With the rapid development of smart and fast communication applications, future display products or designs are bound to be related to the development of the entire industry. How the next generation of light sources can germinate new interactive experiences will play an important role. In the future, I hope to demonstrate my ability in enterprises that pursuing innovation and development with my profession and leadership.
