First of all, about my full-time job; I joined a wonderful start-up called “Shopizen” in Jun 2020. Shopize.in is an online publishing platform and now an emerging Publication house that covers Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, and English languages. I am a proud co-writer and contributor to a uniquely executed initiative, the “Shopizen Original” writing program in Gujarati. With the talented team of Gujarati authors, we are writing exciting novels in various genres like Historical, Horror, Crime & Thriller, Science Fiction, etc. We are planning to get it translated into other Indian languages too. As an employee, I manage Gujarati and English sections too, where I help the writers to get their books published in the Print-on-Demand system, and supervise the routine activities. We have over 250 titles, most of which are Novels and anthologies. Now about my writing career; basically, I am an ambitious writer and that is my core skill. I started writing articles and posts on Facebook on various topics that interested me. I was struggling to get things published in various literary and popular magazines, which generated little success. Then, one fine day in October 2020, a significantly big opportunity arrived and I got a chance to write for a leading Gujarati Magazine, “Abhiyaan”. My first full-length published work in “Abhiyaan” was a biographical article series on Albert Einstein, which included a brief summary of the Theory of relativity.(It’s now available on Amazon and Flipkart.) After the series concluded, I began writing a column “Viral Page” in “Ahiyaan”, which still runs very well and covers a variety of subjects such as contemporary events of the modern world, internet theories, literature, cinema, etc.
