To show my commitment and passion for this industry, here’s some business projects I did during my Post-graduate studies:* I leveraged the company’s data and business acumen for a business analysis project to analyze Aritzia’s mission and vision, factors affecting the company internally and externally, it’s strategic approach to the market, cross-functionality between different processes and how Artizia plans on dealing with the external factors affecting the company.* I led a team of seven members by leveraging individual team members strengths to analyze Lululemon through industry analyses (5-Forces, PESTEL, Value Chain, and SWOT) and to develop insightful solutions by proposing actionable strategies that aligned with Lululemon’s vision and business goals, included in a presentation resulting in 90% team grade.
