I am responsible for developing and executing the trade marketing strategy, managing the trade spend, and analyzing the shopper behavior and market dynamics. I have a strong background in FMCG sales and distribution, having worked as a Field Sales Officer at Godrej Consumer Products Limited for two and a half years. I handled various challenging locations in Uttar Pradesh, such as Varanasi, Moradabad, Bareilly, and Sahibabad, and delivered 30%+ year-to-date growth in my territory. I also received the Q3 Godrej Way Award for undertaking a project to gain the prime No.1 soap market share in the Rohelkhand region. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and General from Jaipuria Institute of Management, where I was the Vice President of the Training and Placement Committee. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from the School of Open Learning. I am passionate about marketing and communications, and I have a keen interest in learning about consumer behavior, shopper analytics, and brand campaigns.
