About Spatica Ramanujam

It's been 20 years of teaching, writing, performing and training.and the journey has just begun! To watch people grow into self-confidence in a Communication Skills training program, gain competence and manifest empathy for teams in leadership training.these have been the rewarding memories as a trainer and a teacher. At the University, I teach Communication Skills and Leadership Skills bringing my vast experience and training as a performer to give each student an exciting learning experience. At the heart of everything I do is making space for those who can remain in the periphery if not given equal opportunity. My work in the performing arts has enabled me to bring learning and conversations around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) front and centre through performing arts based training and theatre performances.
