As a Martech Engineer, I leverage my expertise in digital marketing, marketing technology, and journey architectures to create impactful customer experiences. I reimagined and rebuilt the nurture user journey structure from the ground up, increasing the efficiency by 5x and enabling faster iteration and scaling. I also designed and deployed new personalized lead nurture journeys that tripled the existing ones, using conditional logic and segmentation. The enhanced level of personalization drove improved conversion rates for Facet. Further on, I applied my knowledge of Journey creation and marketing automation to assist in the successful migration of our lead nurture journeys from Iterable to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I am passionate about marketing technology and how it can elevate marketing initiatives. I am skilled at using tools like Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zapier, WordPress, and Workato to connect disparate systems into cohesive journeys that guide prospects from anonymous visitors to loyal customers.
