Hey, it's Spencer! The first thing to know about me is that I am constantly coming up with new business ideas. I believe in creating businesses that differentiate themselves from the competition, through unique business strategies and creative branding initiatives. I currently own and operate two businesses, URA Business Inc. and Appreciated Estates Inc. These companies are very different, but both of them were created to support people who are struggling to afford to live. URA Business Inc. specializes in business management, marketing, advertising, branding, and consulting. The company was created to help people start their entrepreneurial journey, enabling them to pursue careers they are passionate about instead of settling for jobs just to survive. Most of our clients are freelancers seeking to expand their business endeavors. As the owner, I actively seek talented freelancers to join our projects, which are designed to further advertise and support our mission, as well as support freelancers. I personally manage all of the company's business ventures and handle the vetting of freelance contractors. Appreciated Estates Inc. specializes in real estate design and decorating services, enhancing the value of homeowners' properties. We cater to all types of homeowners, including new and long-term homeowners, as well as landlords and real estate sales professionals working with sellers. Our services include interior decorating, home staging, interior design, professional organizing, and real estate photography. Our long-term objective is to eliminate illegal rental units in our community, by offering affordable home improvement services, so even the landlords who neglect property maintenance will consider hiring us. We believe this initiative will lead to lower rental market prices, as the absence of illegal "affordable" units will force landlords to compete on price to attract quality tenants. We want to help tenants, by lowering the community's rental market as a whole, and most importantly, make all rental units actually comfortable to live in. I always focus on optimizing efficiency and productivity in my roles, ensuring thoughtful actions and decisions. What sets me apart is my ability to think creatively and approach problem-solving with opportunity costs in mind for every business decision I make and provide to businesses. When considering my future career aspirations, I am always open to new opportunities that are both intriguing and contribute positively to society. I am most interested in marketing, advertising, and business development.
