I'm a husband, father, leader, and friend who cares about people. I'm eager to make a difference in the world and strive everyday to make a difference and learn something new. I love the outdoors, sports, a good Western movie, and serving others/ team members. Work experience: Helped create and maintain an IoT Platform that won 2020 IoT Platform Leadership Award: 1. Worked with CTO's, CEO's, and V.P.'s of multi million dollar organizations to integrate their business process with our new greenfield IoT platform. 2.Full stack IoT development using protocol such as TCP, MQTT, and HTTP(S). Radars and the Air Traffic Control for the USAF. Linux (Ubuntu and RedHat) and Windows Systems in large and small scale projects. Multiple different programming languages (VB, C#, Java, C, C++, Python, Web Dev). Director of Software Engineering over three teams of Developers. I have maintained and designed many different types of systems in multiple different languages. I have experience leading a group of developers as Software Development Manager and Scrum Master and helping them manage workload based on business priority. I understand the difference between system requirements and business wants. Previous sales experience has helped me understand business rules at a higher level than most developers. I am passionate about the work I do and am eager to help the business succeed in all aspects.
