In my role as Project Manager, I am responsible for overseeing strategic business initiatives, from their development to successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads. I actively assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and the implementation of initiatives.I collaborate with senior managers and department leaders to oversee daily operations, taking care of administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining both hard copies and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.Additionally, I work alongside the CEO and other executives on special projects to define new operational strategies. As a subject-matter expert, I handle inquiries, develop action plans, and contribute to the preparation and dissemination of communications throughout the company.
