I’m Welsh and deeply proud of my roots - Ive been called a superconnector in terms of ability to put people together - but in reality I’m just supercurious at heart, I’ve always loved trying to understand what motivates people. At Ethos-Chain, our commitment to delivering quality products and credible consulting advice is paramount. In delivering this, we are able to improve outcomes for vulnerable people through the firm’s philanthropic donations and work. My strategic leadership role involves driving the global sales pipeline and achieving financial and operational targets that align with our ambitious five-year group strategy. With a steadfast focus on the UK and Middle East markets, we collaborate with government entities and multinational corporates to ensure our mission's success. NED and Board Advisory: With a focus on international governance and strategy, my role as a Non-Executive Director at CARES leverages my specialist knowledge in geopolitical strategy and financial risk management, while my audit and risk committee membership at National Museum Wales sees me serve one of Wales’ most iconic institutions with strong financial risk and control expertise gained from 25 years of investment banking. At the intersection of global finance and politics, my advisory position within the UK Ministry of Defence utilizes my expertise in unconventional warfare, where I apply financial market insights to national security contexts. Collaborating with diverse teams, we navigate complex geopolitical landscapes to safeguard interests and foster international relations. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my dedication to continuous learning and fostering connections that span the globe, all while innovating across sectors for impactful problem-solving. I am also passionate about social justice and social mobility, working as a Non-Executive Advisor to the UK Prison Service on reoffending reduction strategies. As the founder of the Yellowsands Foundation, I support educational services for deprived communities and contribute to the Compass For Life Foundation, helping children achieve their potential.
