TLDR: As a product manager, my ultimate goal is simple: ceaselessly unblock anyone I can. From designers to engineers to other product managers, I want to create the best possible environment to get those around me to spend less time organizing and more time doing the work they enjoy. WHERE I EXCEL: I manage fires and chaos with ease and aplomb, and I am good at finding the right people for the right things. That is my comfort zone. My real talent, however, is with people. I enjoy creating a comfortable and camaraderie-filled environment with the teams that I work with. While I don't directly manage designers and engineers, I feel a personal responsibility for their work satisfaction, and I think that a product manager can and should have an outsized impact on their team members work life quality and tenure. EXPERIENCE: I have experience growing product and engineering teams from 0 to 1, setting the product strategy and roadmap, executing and implementing said roadmap with design and engineering, and wearing as many hats as needed. I am a team player without an ego, and I enjoy giving my all for the roles that I choose to take on. I thrive on teams where I can enjoy my company and work together as a unit. With my technical background, I have a knack for breaking down requirements into clear cut tickets for my developers. With my people management background, I excel at getting the best out of my teams and keeping all sides of the product running as smoothly as possible.
