With years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am a neuromuscular corrective therapist at BenKuns BodyWorks, where I provide corrective neuromuscular therapy, myofascial repatterning, mobility and movement therapy, corrective exercise, and stretching to clients with various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. I am also a medical scribe at Twin Cities Orthopedics, where I assist orthopedic surgeons with documentation, patient education, and care coordination. My skills include performance motivation, easily adaptable, and sports medicine. My core competencies are neuromuscular therapy, mobility and movement therapy, and corrective exercise. My mission is to help clients heal and move better, improve their quality of life, and achieve their wellness goals. My area of study comes from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. I value learning, collaboration, and compassion, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
