I'm an accomplished senior engineering leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in web development, SaaS engineering, and management. My expertise lies in front-end technology, web performance optimization, and building strategic plans for continued organizational growth and development.I'm known for building and leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced high-growth tech companies and for fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Most recently I played a key role in defining and successfully executing an organizational growth strategy and built an Engineering org from 16 to 100+ people in under 18 months with an attrition rate of less than 7%.
