In my previous role as a network systems operator-maintainer in the United States Army, I installed, operated, and performed maintenance on multiple network node systems, ensuring a strong network connectivity and security. I have a CompTIA Security+ certification, which validates my skills in network services and computer hardware. I also have experience in providing help desk support to users and troubleshooting network issues. I worked with a team of network professionals to support the communication and information needs of my company. I contributed to the installation and configuration of network devices, routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as the implementation and enforcement of network security policies and protocols. I also supported the users by resolving their network problems, providing technical guidance, and documenting network procedures and configurations. I am passionate about network technology and security, and I enjoy learning new skills and tools to enhance my network performance and protection.
