About Spencer Smith

Team oriented, self motivated, and driven for success in hospitality management, wine industry, sales, and customer service. I am also a passionate advocate for wine and beverage education, with experience hosting seminars at George Brown College and as an internal wine educator with Andrew Peller Limited. I began a career in hospitality over a decade ago working in kitchens, and quickly became passionate about wine, service, and restaurant management. Eventually I pursued a career in winery management in Niagara, Ontario, where I now work and live. My goals are the pursuit of excellence in hospitality, brand promotion, customer experience, and team oriented leadership, all without compromise to financial goals and commercial success.
