I lead national growth, scale high-performing teams, and build systems that turn vision into execution. From startup scrappiness to legacy transformation, I’ve helped organizations grow 3-4x by aligning strategy, operations, and people. Currently, I serve as Director of Business Development at Safe Sidewalks Canada, helping Municipalities and Property Managers reduce liability and improve public safety through innovative sidewalk inspection and repair solutions. But my mission goes beyond metrics. I believe leadership is ownership; of results, relationships, and how you show up (especially when it’s hard!) Bringing both strategic depth and a founder’s mindset, I am equally at home on the sales floor, in strategic planning sessions, or coaching leaders toward clarity and accountability. My background spans P&L ownership ($12M+), business development, SaaS integration, and operational scale (4500+ clients). I’ve led national teams (of up to 90), launched high-performing branches, rebuilt service and sales systems, and positioned companies for sustained growth.
