About Spencer Wade

borne".an old French word meaning: the ultimate goal or destination. Our belief is that the ultimate goal will always be within our grasp but never quite attainable as we are continuously seeking to improve. Borne Resourcing Limited is a national recruitment business, established in 2006 by Spencer Wade & Myself. Based in the City of London, we have a strong team of specialist consultants and skilled resourcers who cover 3 industry sectors: Construction & Engineering, Trades & Labour and Medical & Nursing Recruitment. There are two types of people we focus on when recruiting: talented individuals looking for exciting opportunities and those with exciting opportunities looking to hire talented individuals. We work with both. And as a consequence, we possess a unique insight into placing both as equals. We understand their motivation whether they're hiring or looking to be employed. It’s not something that we try to do, we just do.
