Hi there! Welcome to my cover letter. My name is Spencer Dean Watson and I am 26 years old who has lived within the Portland area my entire life. As cliche as it sounds, I truly am extremely detailed oriented and organized. Of course I can not forget about my excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as my ability to prioritize any and all projects regarding the job roles. But I use these skills to multitask and strive for efficiency within my life and the work-place. This fuels my work ethic that I have been perfecting over the years and can say I am proud of it. Because of my work ethic, it has gained me: promotions, raises in wage, and acknowledgment of importance by my peers, family, & friends. When looking for work place to call home, I dive deeper into what makes a company worth investing in. There are a few things that I look for and what keeps me interested. One, there is always a chance/room to grow within the company to reach a higher potential. Two, supervisors or management encourage questions. They welcome the chance to teach and other times learn. Three, a company who acknowledges the hard work of their employees and takes the initiative to reward that hard work to show how much they value that person. Not when asked or demanded but proactively. As stated with evidence above, I firmly believe I would be an asset to your company because of my achievements and what I can bring to the company to further its reputation as an outstanding and flourishing business.
