About Spring Chang

Every person has a story to tell, it is our privilege to learn it. This is my philosophy for creating meaningful experiences to engage customers, retain satisfied clients, and increase employee work outcomes. It is all about relationships. I enjoy guiding people from complex policy guidelines and requirements to the knowledge and understanding of them, through to their meaningful implementation. Currently, I am a K-8 Math Instructional Specialist and contracted Math Consultant with expertise in public speaking and training, CCSS, learning trajectories/progressions and brain research on how people learn. My specialties include: 1. Working with people in unpredictable situations and creating successful outcomes. Taking complex content/materials/expectations and translating them into understandable units for customers to learn and implement. Attention to detail in editing/revising. Impeccable customer and employee communications.(If it can't be displayed on the cover of Time Magazine, don't write it in an email). I am proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe and CANVAS. In my current role I learn new programs (from the state department, school districts and curriculum companies), create professional learning experiences to then teach employees how to use them. To be sure, I am a life enthusiast overall and am ready to bring my skills and strengths into the fold of a good fit organization.
