You have world class customer service!” That was the first professional compliment I received at my first job at 16 years old as a Coldstone ice cream server. Since then, I have strived to live up to that compliment. Colleagues know me as a detailed and high-energy professional with an infectious enthusiasm for technology. My favorite step of a new connections is teaming up with the client or business to understand their objectives and concerns. My biggest strength is being able to bridge gaps among people through motivation and interpersonal relations. I have helped launch many integrated campaigns for major companies such as Android, Apple, Samsung, and Verizon Wireless. For my first professional milestone, I led marketing and sales goals for a Verizon Wireless with a team of 4 that I coached vigorously. We were able to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and was recognized companywide for our outstanding efforts. The skillsets I learned and acquired from coaching and leading my own team has equipped me to break into the finance world. In my role as a foreign exchange dealer, it has provided me with a chance to collaborate with all levels of management and communicate with various teams to conceptualize goals, build strategic plans and implement processes through trial and error to achieve quarterly and yearly targets. This role also pushes me to work independently to problem solve. Another plus is being able to use Mandarin on a daily basis.
