Few highlights of my career are: Planned and executed companywide operational programs, such as $20M travel and entertainment program for over 40K associates, companywide procurement card program, and internal gift card activation program. Directed the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for global IT function, over $100M budget and global HR function, over $25M budget to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Designed and implemented capital asset and fixed asset program with total value of over $350M, including recording, reconciliation, and reporting process as well as corporate policies.
