Patience - it's a rare quality in today's world and a cornerstone of my real estate practice. My twenty years of experience have convinced me that client preparation creates an attitude of trust, confidence, and enjoyment throughout the process. Candor about market conditions and expectations is part of that preparation. Bridging differences that might otherwise hinder the completion of a transaction and providing consistent communication, as well as availability after the sale, has resulted in a heavily client referral-based business. Over the years, many of these connections have turned into treasured friendships. A native of South Carolina, I’ve been helping clients sell inspirational homes and memorable vacation properties on the 'Grand Strand' for more than 20 years. This passion began in 1997 with renovating and selling homes. Prior to a career in real estate, I was Director of Operations and client support liaison for a credit union software system developer. A background in software technology, combined with the personal experience of buying and selling dozens of properties, supports my focus of representing home sellers with an emphasis on property-specific marketing.
