About Srdjan Draskovic

Director of Technology and development sector in Procreditbank with more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Previously, I was engaged as Director of IT & Operations Dept. at Addiko Bank Sarajevo. I manage the IT and oversee daily operations in the bank ensuring excellent service, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Addiko Bank, I was Head of Operations at Sberbank BH for more than 6 years. During my proffesional carrier I was involved in many projects related to implementation of new products and processes, increasing operational excellence and bank's market share and profitability. I have a master's degree in economics and I have completed numerous professional courses and certifications in banking, ethics, corporate values etc. With a strong expertise in payments, trade finance and lending area I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance the banking experience for customers, and employees as well. I am a team player, a problem solver and a lifelong learner fully committed to deliver excellence and value to the organization and the community.
