Pipe Stress Engineer with 15+ years Experience Being a stress engineer, My ultimate aim is to perform the stress analysis using CAESAR II Stress analysis program along with Nozzle Pro and other additional program to qualify the nozzles of various static/Rotating equipment and thus increase the overall quality and life cycle of the entire piping system. The major activities are listed below. Perform pipe stress analysis and satisfy the design requirements specified in API/ANSI/ASME standards. Preparation of Critical line list as per the project requirements. Perform stress analysis and nozzle evaluation of static equipment's such as Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc. Perform Static Stress Analysis and Nozzle evaluation of Rotating Equipment such as pumps, compressors and turbines. Nozzle evaluation using WRC-297/107 and/or taking actual nozzle flexibility from Nozzle Pro. Flange Leakage calculation as per NC3658, Pressure Equivalent method and ASME Sec method. Trunnion/Stanchion check using Kellogg Method. PSV/Slug Force calculation and analysis. Selection of primary and secondary support considering the organizations support standard. Preparation of stress analysis Dossiers/Reports as per project requirements for client submission. Flow line Route Verication RAW/ROW, Physical Verication and Renement of Route. Prepared Pipeline Design Basis and Technical Notes, Technical Queries/Clarications, Mechanical Design report including wall thickness for dierent material grade, Specication and Datasheets for Pipeline items. 13.Well versed with the ADNOC/KOC/GSPL Pipeline design Requirements. 14.Conducted stress analysis using CAESAR II for aboveground and buried ow lines, export pipelines for safe design. Identied the piping support location and type of support and prepared stress analysis reports. 15.Actively communicated with other disciplines to optimize areas of interface, during the design development, review and check processes. 16.Reviewed client comments and incorporated wherever applicable in Pipeline documents and drawings. 17.Checking, Preparation and Issuing of all Pipeline Engineering Deliverable.
