During my previous experience, I lead in securing JCI Accreditation for Starcare Hospital, Muscat as it is the second hospital to acquire JCI Accreditation all over Oman. To attain JCI accreditation I had to make sure the employees’ knowledge, experience and competence is appropriate for his or her assigned responsibilities and if it meets the educational and experience requirements defined by the organization. Also the employees’ Current license, certification, or registration had to be verified and confirmed via primary source verification. Review original education and experience certificates then retaining a copy as a process of documentation.
