Led the transition of all Microsoft products and services to the Cloud (Azure) via the CloudOptimal and LabOptimal programs. Delivered an end-2-end integrated digital product development experience for internal engineering teams at Honeywell Aerospace, by deploying Product Data Management (PDM) tools suite. Drove large scale efficiency programs that resulted in savings of several $B’s. Excel at partnering with Senior Executives to lead digital transformation and change management across the entire company. Focus on developing an excellent rapport with employees at all levels and with customers. Championed Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives by founding and scaling an initiative called Project Beacon, to help underrepresented communities have access to resources and education in the Tech industry.
