With over 18 years of experience in F&A I am an aspiring CPA and a team manager at Cargill Business Services India Private Limited the Shared Services Centre of Cargill Inc -United States. My core competencies include team management team leadership team building R2R client management operations review KPIs billing incentive calculation analysis performance review recruitment and onboarding. I am passionate about delivering high quality service to clients and ensuring consistent performance and motivation of my team of 14 members. In my current role I collaborate with clients on a weekly basis to review and agree on operational KPIs and coordinate month-end close activities. I also conduct individual and team appraisals and organize regular 1-1 sessions to address concerns and agree on action plans. Additionally I handle employee recruitment and onboarding coordination and provide support and guidance to new hires. My goal is to leverage my accounting expertise and management skills to contribute to the growth and success of Cargill Business Services and its clients while continuing to learn and develop professionally.
