About Srikanth Ds

With over a decade years of experience in software development and systems engineering, I am a passionate and innovative product owner at Volvo Group, where I lead the system design for truck body and security functions. I have a master's degree in thermal science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a keen interest in control systems design. I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams, and I strive to deliver customer-centric and sustainable solutions that enhance the safety, performance, and efficiency of Volvo's products.In my current role, I leverage my skills in software development, systems engineering, functional, safety and cyber security assessments to design and implement systems that meet the requirements and expectations of the customers and stakeholders. I also collaborate with other product owners, engineers, and managers to define the future system roadmap for truck body and security functions. Previously, I was a system engineering lead at Bosch India, where I was responsible for the requirement engineering for two wheeler components, such as actuators and sensors. I also worked on defining the future system roadmap for two wheeler EMS, and providing the best possible system solutions for new customers.
