My Journey From the early days at BMW R&D Germany (deputed role), where I contributed to full vehicle crash safety, to my leadership role at Mercedes-Benz, where I built an offshore team of 60+ engineers, my career has been a continuous pursuit of innovation and impact. At ZF Tech Center India, I was instrumental in scaling the organization from inception, executing localization strategies that would grow our market share from 1% to 5% and generated $13M in annual savings. My Mission Today, I focus on: Scaling high-performance teams to drive cutting-edge R&D. Leveraging AI & Cloud to generate new revenue streams. Driving cost optimization through VAVE, benchmarking, automation, and strategic partnerships. Fostering Indo-European/American collaborations to push the boundaries of automotive engineering. My Approach I believe in strategic vision combined with hands-on execution—whether it’s innovating new safety solutions for BMW & Mercedes-Benz or spearheading Make in India initiatives to localize automotive products. My expertise spans across chassis, suspension, driveline, full vehicle safety, and AI-driven digitalization. Beyond work, I am passionate about mentorship, industry panels, and building GCCs in India.
