About Srikanth Nagarajan

Srikanth is highly competent, hardworking and perseverant individual with around 16 Years’ experience in Oil & Gas (Both Upstream & Downstream), Energy and chemical business. He has handled projects from Plot plan finalization to Construction which includes Feed, Pre-Engineering, Detail Engineering, Project Co-ordination, Site support, Fabrication construction support in the field of Piping Engineering, for both green field and brown field engineering. He was also involved in site engineering which involved site routing of lines and finalization of layout. Srikanth is a recipient of Fluor's Global Knowledge Pacesetter award for continously 3 times( 2016, 2017, 2018) for his outstanding contribution for Knowledge Sharing and colboration in solving problems in various projects around the world. He is also a reciepient of Silver and Bronze award for saving cost ($ 0.8 Million & $ respectively) in Al Zour refinery Project under Value Awareness Program. Srikanth is also the author of papers presented in International Oil and Gas conferences and published in International Journals. Srikanth is also proficient with 3D modeling software like Smart Plant 3D, Optim Eyes, Reviewing software like Smart plant review and 2D software like Auto CAD, Micro Station and Smart Sketch. Srikanth is one of the pioneer to get exposure to 3rd Generation Modularization Engineering Philosophy which involves huge amount of cost and real estate saving. Srikanth has an excellent interpersonal and relationship building. He is good in communication and also has strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
