I recently completed my MS in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington (GPA: 4.0), where I specialized in large-scale data engineering, cloud-native ETL workflows, and applied machine learning. Career Overview: • Over 2 years of experience designing distributed systems and production-grade pipelines across healthcare, education, and philanthropy domains • Built ETL frameworks with Airflow, AWS Glue, PySpark, and Redshift using Medallion Architecture and Change Data Capture (CDC) for data lake modeling and historical tracking • Developed LLM-based text classification workflows using BART, RoBERTa, and SpaCy to categorize 300K+ nonprofit mission statements • Created serverless transcription pipelines with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Dockerized Whisper to automate large-scale audio processing • Built a RAG-based chatbot using Mistral LLM, FAISS, and Text-to-SQL for natural language to SQL conversion • Delivered real-time insights through FastAPI-based APIs, Kafka-Spark pipelines, and interactive Tableau dashboards I enjoy solving real-world problems by integrating software engineering, cloud platforms, and machine learning to deliver scalable, insight-driven systems.
