Over the past years, I have worked across the globe on various research projects that have been invaluable to my growth as a professional scientist. I believe that my analytical, program and research management skills, experience in scientific reporting, have increased my self confidence in undertaking an assignment and delivering results on a time bound program. My engagement with stakeholders and industries (R&D) has trained me to develop and establish fruitful collaborative research, which has an impact on the societal challenges. I have keen interest in science policy and strategies which help in the decision making of state research fund investment in priority STEM research areas which help mitigate the global challenges and socio-economic development.
