Aspiration: My aim is to become the bridge between traditional engineering and data science. I would like to be in a position to lead technology that combines physics based expertise with the strength and depth provided by data analytics. USP: I have very good programming, communication and presentation skills along with a wide-ranging technical expertise. I like to get into the heart of any problem and come up with innovative, yet simple solutions. A believer in continuous learning, I am also a GE certified Data Analytics engineer and have a green belt in six-sigma. I enjoy teaching and mentoring. Expertise/skills: Aerodynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Finite Element Analysis, Multi-Disciplinary Optimization, Robust Design, Uncertainty Quantification, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Current Occupation: Employed as Senior Technical Project Manager at LM Wind, Kolding, Denmark. Responsibilities include: 1) Managing strategic projects including collaborative work with academia. 2) Bridge across multiple technical teams. 3) Independent research on applying machine learning and AI towards novel blade design. Prior to this, I was employed as scientist at GE Global Research, Bangalore, India and as post-doctoral fellow at TU Munich, Germany. Qualification: I have a Ph.D from IIT Kanpur and M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, both in Aerospace Engineering.
