About Srini Narayanan

I am a Technology Leader with extensive experience in diverse roles - entrepreneur (with buyout), product manager, delivery lead, deal architect, domain program manager, and software architect. My skill is delivering high-value technology solutions to business problems by building high performant teams. My current goal is solving customer support/engagement automation through cognitive digital assistants in all internal and external touch points like Mobile inapp/Web/Phone/Google Assistant, Alexa etc. We have a differentiated product using IP in ASR / TTS / NLU and provide a roster of ready-made skills as a SaaS product (can also be an on-premise deployment for We also provide end-to-end automation in incident reporting to resolution using an RPA engine. I am also CTO of InfinitiLabs that is spearheading financial inclusion solutions through microfinance, Telecom VAS, and Digital Wallets. Our focus is to increase the financial inclusion of Francophile West African markets. In my last role, I managed Accenture India's Health and Public services domain focussed initiatives - I managed the creation of industry assets in RPA, virtual assistants, AI, Blockchain, and Cloud, managing development across multiple geographies, that differentiate Accenture in IT services. I also led Health Insurance CoE at Accenture, India. My other role was as Deal Architect working in the sale of medium and large application outsourcing and System transformation services. I leveraged Accenture's best practices, global capabilities, IP assets, solution accelerators, third-party relationships and global delivery teams to propose most differentiated solutions befitting client needs. Before ACN, I co-founded CoralGrid Software that provided precious metals trading solutions for banks in emerging markets. It was acquired by TriplePoint Technology - a global leader in commodities trading software for its IP and marquee clients.
