I discovered the concept of co-working quite accidentally. With grit and perseverance, I successfully turned it into a profitable business. From an early age, I found myself inclined naturally towards consulting and guiding people in the right direction. I have successfully navigated challenges at my workplace and overcame them using my problem-solving skills, even in chaotic situations. After three years in the UK hotel industry, I joined Regus, an MNC, as an Operations Manager in Chennai. My responsibilities included interior fit-out and snag list, operations, sales, marketing, billing, recruiting, training our team, and overseeing all the centres. I held roles as operations manager, centre manager, general manager, coaching general manager, and centre head. In 2016, I was offered an executive director position by the Chairman of Kapil Group to develop their co-working business. Under my leadership, their business thrived and gave birth to the popular brand ‘’GROWORK’’, one of the top co-working players in Hyderabad. Starting with 23,275 sq ft space in Kapil Towers, expanded to a total area of 1,51,039 sq ft. Through GROWORK, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with prominent companies like Accenture, Innominds, Infor, Kagool, Dispatchtrack, and Veeva Systems. Presently, as a Global Sales Director at Search My Office, I provide strategic guidance and services to businesses secure the right office spaces as per their requirements.This include services such as deals and contract negotiations. The aim is to help businesses maximize the value of their office space while aligning with their overall business objectives and financial goals.Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Milestones I am proud of-Received appreciation from top management of Best Western Group of Hotels in London -Achieved best sales performer of the month award multiple times in Regus-Appreciation received from INFOR global management for delivering the customised office space of 350 plus seats in 60 days-Execution of 37,500 sq. ft. office space for ABB in Hitech City, customised as per their global design standards -Appreciation from client Kagool for assisting them in setting up their office in Kapil Towers and helping them expand their office space on the same floor to a total area of 23,275 sq ft.
